Dave Mitchell reminded President that he, Dave, was aware of his acceptance of resignation to ...garbled on original reference document... and that he, Larry, should appoint a new member.

Show the film on Food for India.  Dave Mitchell gave a brief synopsis of film and fellowship committee function and dutues.

Dick Haynes gave brief outline of service project for next semester.  Called for the active support of all brothers.

Dave Mitchell spoke on leadership in the fraternity.  Edmund Rosenbaum spoke on fellowship, meeting closed at 7:55 p.m.
